How We Serve
Children
Youngsters from birth to sixth grade receive instruction through Bible Classes, musical and recreational events . . .all part of the Christ centered KidZone program. Visit our KidZone website at www.mykidzone.org.
Youth
At present our youth 8th grade to early college meet each Sunday evening 6:00-8:00 for a time of Bible study and fellowship. Each month they get together for an activity on a Friday or Saturday evening. ROCK is the name the youth have chosen to represent their desire to Reach Out for Christ our King.
As we grow and regroup, we look forward to Youth Action Ministries getting back into full swing ministering to Junior High, High School and College young people. Our desire is to once again have a mid-week opportunity for them to learn about God and how to apply His truth to their everyday lives. It has been during these youth group meetings they have tackled some of the toughest topics of adolescence, such as peer and family pressure, substance abuse, sexuality, friendships, and developing character, to name a few.
Women
This ministry encourages and builds women to be women of God through Bible study groups, helping and hospitality ministries, as well as varied specialized projects and activities. Throughout the year, women gather for luncheons, retreats and special events. Softball, skydiving, and rock climbing are a few of the activities they have enjoyed together.

Men
The establishing of a growing commitment to Christ is the purpose of the men's fellowship. Weekly Bible study, breakfast and luncheon meetings, retreats and special events all unite to encourage and train men to assume their role of leadership in the home, church and community.
Fellowship

Home Groups
Home groups are an important part of Foothills Community. Participants find that these groups build a strong foundation for their Christian living, strengthen their grip on God's Word, enrich their personal relationship with the Lord and encourage meaningful friendships.
The home groups meet weekly for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. The goal is to help each person mature in Christ through the process of discipleship, which involves encouragement to grow spiritually. The home group setting creates an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and meaningful friendship in which people can grow together and learn to meet each other's needs.
Music
Throughout the Bible, music has a very important place in the worship of God. All our services emphasize the "new song" which God has put in hearts through Salvation in Christ. Since the teaching of the Word is central to our services, the music ministry supports and provides a beautiful backdrop for the teaching ministry. It is contemporary and uplifting in style, ranging from upbeat to reflective, giving expression of our joy and faith in Christ.
